CO-FOUNDED A SCHOOL FOR LATINO IMMIGRANTS

After making a new life in the USA, this next step came naturally.

In 2013, I teamed up with my dear friend, fellow French immigrant and business partner, Anne de France. We created a nonprofit organization called HAPI, where I dedicate 50% of my productive week working as the Co-Founder and Program Director.

HAPI is a safe place that nurtures, encourages and propels humans with a vision to build a solid foundation for growth, become role models for their family, and funnel their energy and success back into their local community.

Piece by piece, we built an out-of-the-box educational, social and cultural integration program for Latino Immigrants. We lead with heart and conviction, combining our skills and experience to carry out a mission based on personal connection, human potential and the American Dream.

From a micro-classroom of 12 hesitant people, to an overflowing body of determined, hard working students - dreamers just like us - HAPI has bloomed beyond our wildest expectations. We are proud to say that we have changed the lives of over 4500 Latino families, and are still to this day, the ONLY nonprofit organization of its kind in Arizona.

Year after year, we learn and innovate as we continue to amplify inclusion, pivot the conversation and make waves within our community, because we believe contributing members of society and cultural diversity will always be our strength.

Made in America / minority-led / women-powered.
